Norev Model Cars
Norev Model Cars are both modern and vintage diecast cars. Its range consists of primarily French, Italian, German, British and American Vehicles. The company started in 1946, but it wasn’t until 1963 they produced toy cars. Renowned for their bright, unrealistic body colours, their vehicles were usually plastic.
By 1965, Norev Model Cars became diecast. Although they had cost-saving measures on almost every vehicle, like a cheap plastic base, their cars did mimic the detail and proportion of the actual cars. And, it’s worth noting that the toys were made for children, unlike older collectors that Solido targetted.
